And he always knew how to entertain us. With his mischief, his clever mind, and that look that said: "I know I shouldn't, but it's worth it." Dad's coffee being drunk, Mom's missing cookies — small incidents that caused disbelief then, but today remain the fondest memories that bring a smile through tears.
His steps slowed over time, but his spirit never did. He left quietly, leaving behind a love that cannot be measured in years and an emptiness that hurts because he was so important.
